Appointments – When making a reservation a credit card number will be required and will incur a 100% cancellation fee if we do not receive the appropiate notice of cancellation.
Reserving your next appointment – To guarantee availability for your next appointment, please schedule prior to leaving the spa/salon.
Cancellations – To better serve clients on our cancellation list, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Spa packages and groups of two or more require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Groups of three or more will require a seven day cancellation notice and a non-refundable deposit upon booking. If we do not receive the appropiate notice of cancelation you will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Children – We request that children ONLY be brought into the spa/salon area when recieving a service. Please keep children under the age of twelve supervised.
Cell phones/pagers – We ask that cell phones and pagers be switched off, allowing for a stress-free environment.
Check in – Spa clients should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment.
What to wear – Pedicure clients should wear comfortable clothing, pants should roll up easily to the knee area. A pair of open toe sandals or flip flops are highly recommended.
Gratuity – For credit card transactions gratuities are at your discretion through our credit card system.
Payment – Personal checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express cards are accepted.
Returns – Returns or exchanges on products are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. An In-house credit for product will be given.
Parking – There is one reserved parking space available on the east side of the building (2nd space in parking lot, facing building). Off street parking is also available.
Gift certificates – Certificates are available in any denomination and for any service. |
